Scott Roeb Catering & Events was chosen by the City Council of Calabasas to cater and produce the Grand Opening Night Gala of the new forty-five million dollar Library and Civic Center. Over three hundred guests dressed in black tie walked down the red carpet to enjoy the evenings festivities. There was a VIP Reception in the Grand Hall of the new Library where guests nibbled on elegant butlered hors d' oeuvres and champagne then went on to join in the general reception with abundantly delicious buffets, dessert bars, cappuccino stations and libations to suit everyone's fancy. It was a beautiful summer evening for a wonderful celebration.
